CalorieLab is web site for a free calorie counter and calculator for the calorie content of foods. They have put a nice color graphic with the numbers on the fattest states. Also, they have some good information on how many calories you get to burn on different activities. Give it a spin.

Is it time to discuss electives?

Not yet. Just finished with our final face-t0-face of ModIV. That wraps up our face-to-face work for the core courses/streams. Three more weeks of work includes an MGE exam and NBS paper. After that I can talk about the electives.

Going to talk about Venezuela for the NBS paper. Let us see how that goes.
